Terms and Conditions 531bet – Platform Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

3. User Account

3.1 Account Creation and Uniqueness

Each user may hold only one (1) active account on 531bet. Registering multiple accounts using the same CPF, email address, phone number, device, or IP address constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts, including the freezing of any available balances.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your login credentials — email and password. 531bet recommends that you:

• Use a strong password combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters;
• Never share your login credentials with anyone;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available;

3.3 Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time through 531bet support. Any available balance will be processed for withdrawal after identity verification. 531bet may close or suspend accounts that violate these Terms without prior notice, withholding balances during the investigation period.

4. Deposits and Payment Methods

531bet accepts the following deposit methods for users in Brazil:

All deposits must be made by the account holder. 531bet does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits identified as coming from unauthorized sources will be returned and the account may be investigated.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals on 531bet are subject to the following conditions:

• Only users with a verified account (CPF and identity confirmed) may make withdrawals;
• Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit, whenever possible;
• Pix withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of the request, usually within minutes;
• TED withdrawals are processed within up to 2 business days;
• There is no minimum withdrawal amount — any available balance can be withdrawn;
• 531bet charges no fees on withdrawals, regardless of the amount or method;
• Withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00 may be subject to additional identity and source-of-income verification, in accordance with regulatory requirements.

6. Sports Betting

6.1 General Betting Rules

Sports betting at 531bet is governed by the following general rules:

• Every confirmed bet is final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed, except where 531bet offers a cash out option;
• The minimum single bet amount is R$ 2.00;
• The maximum bet amount varies depending on the sport, competition, and market selected;
• The odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed are the guaranteed odds, except in cases of manifest error;
• In the event of a tie in double chance or final result bets, the settlement criteria specific to each market apply.

6.2 Covered Events

531bet covers Sports Betting on football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, Premier League, La Liga, Champions League, and over 100 other leagues), volleyball (Superliga, Liga das Nações), basketball (NBB, NBA), MMA and UFC, tennis, and e-sports including CBLOL, CS2, and Valorant, among other sports.

6.3 Live Betting

In live betting, odds are updated in real time. 531bet uses an odds confirmation system: if the odds change during the bet confirmation process, you will be notified of the new odds and can choose to accept or cancel before confirming. 531bet is not responsible for odds changes caused by external events such as goals, cards, or decisive plays that occur between the click and the confirmation of the bet.

6.4 Cancellation and Settlement

Suspended, postponed, or canceled events have their bets settled according to the specific rules of each sport. As a general rule, unsettled markets are voided and the staked amount is refunded. 531bet reserves the right to suspend markets and void bets in cases of incorrect information, technical errors, or extraordinary circumstances that compromise the integrity of the event.

7. Casino and Online Games

The 531bet casino features live roulette with real dealers, European, American, and Lightning roulette, slots, blackjack, baccarat, crash games, and other game modes available on the platform.
